Jessica is a trained masseuse. With a background in therapeutic movement, expressive dance, somatic coaching and a range of massage trainings. She combines her practices to create truly therapeutic sessions suited to each individuals needs.
Having studied in Hawaiin massage, (Lomi Lomi) she was particularly fascinated by the simple yet moving practice of 'loving presence', which underpins the framework of Lomi Lomi and encompasses the flowing healing nature of all her practices.

The Treatments



Using Thai yoga techniques, this massage is something different- using traditional Thai stretches with a slow and relaxed pace. The breath is incorporated to help guide you into the present moment in a calming way. This massage often is called 'lazy yoga' as it helps stretch the body slowly really giving time to the body to listen and relax.
Face, neck and shoulders massage.
We often hold our day to day stress in the tension of our jaws, the furrow of our brow, the stiffness of our neck. This massage focuses on the real tense areas of the neck showers and face. Reducing tension, softening the skin and relaxing the muscles in and around the shoulders. As well as applying organic facemask made to suit your skin type, so you can leave glowing.
Hawaiin massage, slow and flowing, this massage takes inspiration from Hawaiian nature and the waves of the sea. It is a deeply calming full body treatment. Often including warm foot wash, and essential oils by request and a warm heated blanket on the bed. Its main principles are all about bringing presence and care. This is a massage that can leave you feeling deeply nourished.

Swedish massage is a classic, full-body massage technique designed to relax muscles, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. Using a combination of long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and light pressure, it helps ease tension, reduce stress.

Workshops and classes
Having studied performing arts and therapeutic movement in higher education alongside life coaching and somatic coaching (NLP). Jessica combines these practises with her own spiritual inquisitiveness. Taking inspiration from Taoism and mindfulness. She uses her background to create fun, engaging somatic experiences that weave together movement, bodywork and a sense of spirit into her workshops. With the intention of bringing people back to their bodies, the present moment and into authentic and playful connection with others.
